I roleplayed a redguard who started out a reformed skooma addict, who discreetly murder any dealer who crossed his path and threw the skooma into the closest river. Then I started simply taking the skooma and became a violent drug addled thug who would pick-pocket everyone to see if they had any, then slaughter anyone I found who did and keep it all for myself.

Does playing as a merchant that can only use alteration spells count as autistic?
Im guessing micromanaging a follower or followers might count as autistic.

I always play as a serial killer in Bethesda games, rather than a murder hobo who kills everyone I'm more picky with my victims, Ted Bundy targeting only young girls with hair parted in the middle style. In Skyrim there's a Nord archer girl living alone in a little cozy hut up in the mountains in the southern part of the map and in my last playthrough I visited her at night a day after she taught me archery and raped/killed/ate her and took her home for myself. That kinda stuff, it's fun. You always start out as a prisoner in TES games so it feels very appropriate.

A lot of "essential" elves lose their essential status if you complete a certain quest so the two altmer in Windhelm for example I could kill the husband on my first visit but I had to FINISH the thieve's guild to kill the woman. Also no stealth and legendary difficult, so you go to prison a lot

Just avoid them, but there is a surprising amount of quests that can be completed in roundabout ways. I do make it a point not to just cheese the rule with fury spells. And I don't clear out dungeons. There is a surprising amount of dungeons that are easy to fully stealth through, and for the ones that you can't, invisibility potions work wonders.

You'll get money very quickly by just doing dungeons and selling the loot you get. Pick up nearly everything you can find, use a follower as a pack mule (if you don't mind glitches followers can carry an infinite amount of stuff if you drop it first and then command them to pick it up rather than trading it to them directly). Should only take 1-2 dungeons to get enough money for Breezehome and all the upgrades.

Was a really fun playthrough I was doing permadeath and I don't read WIKI / cheat when I play and I've never gotten that far in theivs guild so I had no idea what to do. It was a good run, I was really sad when I died but thankfully Oblivion dropped the next week. I played that for a few weeks until I jumped into the beam after you take an oblivion stone and died :/

My last game had me as an stealth archer roaming skyrim with her lesbian stealth archer lover. Lots of misadventure and getting raped together. It ended when they both got pregnant and decided to retire.

Previous to that I had a healer character that constantly had her achievements credited to her warrior partner. She ended up beating the game, which was pretty fun. By the end of it she was essentially a mage and both her and her tank were invincible.

Bog standard adventurer, but I use Simply Balanced to make everything substantially more dangerous. Animals are lethal, monsters are lethal, going up against anyone packing magic is suicidal, arrows kill fast. Fed up of nearly dying over and over again, this adventurer seeks to escape death by becoming a lich, but has to master the necessary magic first (2% XP rate).

My most autistic roleplay was when I downloaded the ultimate naruto overhaul mod and roleplayed as a badass Ninja from Naruto in Skyrim. I even named my character "Loki Uchiha" and my backstory was that I was a Jutsu collector who got trapped in the elder scrolls universe while fighting Kaguya Otsutsuki.
The most autistic part of this was that I wasn't even a little kid or a dumbass teenager while doing this; I was 22 years old.

How the fuck can you even "roleplay" in skyrim when literally every choice has the same outcome?

I always thought it was stupid for the same character to complete the main quest and also all guild questlines, so I had a different roleplay character for each guild. My main quest guy was a Nord swordsman, the Companion was an orc berserker, etc. My favorite roleplay was my Dark Brotherhood character, an Imperial vampire, who I roleplayed was the same vampire I played in Oblivion for the DB questline. He had lived for 201 years. Also, that is why he is recognized as the listener in Skyrim, cause he was the listener before.

I've only truly roleplayed with that Mantella AI mod for Skyrim, as it actually makes it all seem more real and worth it. I don't mind memorizing the console commands to make the things that NPCs talk about happen. As for my autismo playthroughs, I have many:

I only use armor and weapons that i make myself or are gifted to me, the only exception is during the escape from helgen since i don't have much choice in the matter. I try to keep my modlist small, I got only 170 plugins. I got my modlist to a beautiful 560 once and it became so unstable. Spent days trying to fix it cause I invested in my character, and as I was fixing it, the saves were all fucked. now I dont think I could even get to 560.

Invest in invisibility potions in order to offset any trouble with stealth, but for the love of god keep leveling it up. The final perk of the stealth skill tree "shadow warrior" is my favorite perk in the entire game. It's supposed to give you only a few moments of invisibility, but it's broken (at least in the vanilla xbox 360 version) so you can continually spam the sneak button and move as a mass of dark mist around enemies who can't see you or attack you. If you time it right and strike an alerted enemy from the front while shadow form is active, you'll teleport behind them to trigger an assassination kill. It looks cool as fuck, like I dissipated into mist and re-assembled behind them and feeds well into my vampire roleplay.

Just practice sneak attacks on your horse and heal it afterwards to level up quickly. I'd say a sneak archer is by far the funnest way to play the game. Also, make sure you get all the "throw voice" shouts and you should be pretty set up.

Not Skyrim but oblivion years ago in college. One of my roommate and I loved the “potion of disbelief” because it’s funny to think that you can just not believe in magic and it actually hurting less. The character was Breton, hand to hand only, any alcohol found in a chest/crate must immediately be consumed, and most armor specifically has enchantments to resist/negate magic. It was fun to imagine a drunk hobo running around punching wizards going “magic isn’t real dumbass” while being transported to literal different dimensions, seeing lighting and fireballs being shot at him and other creatures manifesting from thin air to attack him

I installed as many Civil War mods and encounter mods as I could and then RP'd a roving priest of Arkay, had a grave mod that let you bury corpses. I would find battles, calm and heal the survivors, and then arrange the dead into a memorial and give them burials. It was contemplative, slow, and honestly very dreary, but it's the most memorable playthrough I ever did.

I download a shit ton of slavery mods, ineeds and frostfall. I then go around enslaving mob npc's and I emotionally manipulate them until they are dedicated and pregnant wives while I go dungeon diving.

I installed this mod, active actors or some shit, that let you take over NPC's, plus a bunch of sex mods. Then I played as a disembodied lich that needed a host to act in the physical world. I had a loose set of rules. Essentially my character would gain more control over a host when they felt negative emotions, or by damaging their soul through evil acts. I had a possession level and a set of dice. So I would take an NPC and start playing as them just living their life, spending time with their family, doing their job, ect. Then my lich would whisper in their mind to do something, and I'd roll a dice. Fuck if I remember the formula I was using, this was a long time ago. If I succeeded, I'd act as them doing the thing. It would start small and build up to fucked up shit. Of course a lot of characters just turned into whores because I was horny. As I slowly gained influence over these characters I'd edit them in the racemenu and alter their appearance to be more like my original character who was possessing them.

Alchemy is probably your best bet. Blue mountain flowers and blue butterfly wing combine to make a pot that goes for around 100 septims without midifiers.

Played on Master difficulty to get that feeling of vulnerability where you have to run from fights a lot. Made playing a novice mage more immersive. Gave him a silly quirk of hoarding books he finds so he has a hobby for when he settles down.
Had the Sa'chil mod too. Thought of my character as the straight man to her Kha'jiit antics; that occasionally gives in to them because he's young and thinks they're funny. I considered having her be almost a protective big sister figure to him, seeing as she gets pissed when you do something as small as pick up skooma. So two goofballs keeping each other in check from doing things too stupid that may get them killed.

I start off with the Another Life mod that spawns you in a random location outside of Helgen. I cycle around until I find a bandit camp then escape there (I'm also a female mage). From there I beeline to the Mage's Guild and become Archmage. I trade and buy a house in Solitude and become a wealthy high class woman. Then I go to a bandit camp and get captured by the bandits who then put me in my place and use me as their sex slave.

I roleplayed as a guy from the real world who got isekai'd by Akatosh into Skyrim to stop Alduin. All my stats started at one with two exceptions he was a gunsmith so his blacksmithing was 50 and he had working knowledge of how to make basic flintlock firearms.

I RP as a desendant of of the Ascendant Lord(the guy from that ESO trailer). And use it as an excuse as to why my breton is so jacked and tall. In my head, the Order just became another Knight Order and the original goals got lost to time.

Or on a Sneak playthrough I RP a member of house Dres who's close family all died to Argonians during the invasion. One of their meta level goals is to kill every Argonian they can withount getting caught.

Recently role playimg a hunter that lived at Meeko's shack that was being SA'd at a young age by the nord there, until the rockjoint killed him in his sleep. After he died she continued living there hunting and going to solitude to sell her game. After some bandits eventually killed her only friend, that dog Meeko, she gave him a sad resting place by a waterfall and starting hunting down bandits for revenge

I roleplayed as a megalomaniac lich necromancer that slowly infiltrated every institution in Skyrim who eventually wants to take over reality, otherwise just chilling in decrepit dungeons and killing random adventurers and turning them into zombies or sucking their soul out

The fact that Skyrim lets you do every quest in one playthrough is typically used as a criticism against the game, like this anon here is doing: >>713049514. Older RPGs didn't let you do that so if you wanted to experience all the quests then making multiple characters wouldn't just be an autistic roleplaying choice it'd be something you'd have to do to experience content you were locked out of on other characters.
One of the strengths of RPGs is replayability. Nobody is forcing you to replay the game over and over again back to back in a short amount of time so you can squeeze every morsel of value out of the game as quick as possible. It's entirely possible to play the game once and experience some parts of the game and not others, and then take a break from the game for a long time (years even) before playing it again to experience the parts you missed.
I have no idea why people in [current year] are so obsessed with compulsively doing literally everything in a game all in one go like it's a fucking checklist. Reminds me of people who get pissed about From Soft games having obscure secrets or confusing questlines. You're supposed to miss things. They never intended you to do and see everything in one go. It's ok to not experience every tiny particle of content in a game.

Obviously some games are better for this kind of thing than others, sandbox RPGs are ideal.
