Yuan Bo is insanely broken. But yea the roster is a little thin and uninspired.

i played some kroq-gar but by turn 20 all the southland factions decided to declare war on me because they peaced out with each other

How would you improve/fix the late game Anon?
I would personally makes sure the ai recruits >90% higher tier units only and holds a full 20 stack army at every settlement capital while calling less wars on one another and more on the player a bit. If it cheats more then so be it, it obviously cannot work well or be fun if it didnt.
