I see this game getting so many requests for remakes, but in doing so you reveal that you have no sense for how Nintendo and gaming companies in general view "modern audiences"

First scene they talk about a genocide with over 100k people dying. Plus with the name of this it can be misconstrued for what's currently happening in the Middle East right now. You REALLY think that they would release something like that now in our soft ass culture.

I honestly don't think Nintendo would risk the money they would lose on sales to children by making an M rated game. Probably why we never got another Eternal Darkness

I'm pretty sure a T rating and a disclaimer of """"sensitive materials""""" would be enough

Tendies are really just mandchildren that are begging to pay 80 bucks to have slop directly funneled into their mouths rather than take 5 minutes to set up emulation for this game that's already perfectly playable. It has to feel "real" to them because of their profound mental illness. Remaking Gaiden was acceptable because of how shit and slow it was, but begging for pointless remakes of functional games is pathetic. Makes me glad the KotOR remake got banished to the shadow realm.

A remake would be whatever, I just want the entire series to go back to this style of gameplay.
