Her voice acting is pretty shit compared to Maleshep. She'll keep the same line readings throughout the entire trilogy and not improve at all. Mark Meer gets progressively better as he gets more familiar with the character.

Her voice only really works if you're playing one specific type of Shepard, and I'll admit she is better in that case. But Mark's voice has more range and is easier to apply to differently motivated Shepards.
