What do you mean? MGS1 has had a PC port since 2000, for 25 fucking years. It was a shit port that needs fixing, but it worked and always existed. MGS2s PC port came out in 2003, same issues as above. Now days there is the less (but still) troublesome re-releases of 1-3 on steam, not just 1 and 2 on GoG. https://store.steampowered.com/sub/886315/

Just google "MGS Master Collection Steam" or whatever. There is also the mostly fixed up GoG releases of the OG PC Ports. Note though that even the Master Collection PC ports need their healthy amount of fixes, all of this shit broken and busted front to back no matter what release you take, but at least it isn't emulated. The usual really, when in doubt check PCGamingWiki and move on.
