because i still play games made in 2012 and nothing new is worth jack shit with the pozz they add.

There are no games on the planet that need better than a 2080TI to run at 1080/60

Saw my 6600 at the very minimum specs for NuDoom Dark Ages. Don't intend to play NuDoom, but good to know for planning purposes. GPUs won't become that much more expensive than now. I wait for MSRP GPUs in stores.
Will probably download, and play Mecha Break though. Dem behind back camera shakes if you know what I mean.

My Mobo is basically capped on its voltages with its current hardware and occasionally fails to run an xmp profile that is significantly under the ram's capability.
I'd have to do a complete new build, and with the current pricing making a decent build 1/4 the price of a car in australia, i'm just putting up with garbage fps in most games instead.
I hate what Njudea has done to the industry, and every company following suit with insane profit margin markups.

My GPU is already pretty high end I got a RX 7900 XTX because I was expecting to be installing mountains of mods for Starfield and then the game ended up being fucking trash nobody wanted to mod and I didn't want to play. I did upgrade my CPU at the time too but only to near the top of what my motherboard could take with a Ryzen 7 3700X rather than starting from scratch with a new motherboard, I also brought an SSD, probably the best thing to come out of those upgrades.

I did, an RX 9070 XT (bought two for seperate builds). My RTX 3070 ti kicked the bucket. Went for the Steel Legend RGB one, which was $100 more than the MSRP model you have pictured there. I DID eventually manage to buy that MSRP one and could've returned the Asrock one, but in the end, RGB won and I cancelled it. It's not even compatible with external RGB controllers. I should've returned it. I don't regret my purchases, especially coming from someone who caved in to scalpers with that 3070 ti, though, if I had a choice, I definitely would've just gone with an RX 9060 XT. That one was neither released at the time nor actually in-stock at MSRP on release date. I should know, I watched Newegg that day. The MSRP models were slowly listed throughout the day, but without stock.

Upscaling from 1080p to 4K looks really good with the new transformer dlss model. My only real upgrade option is a 5090 from a 4080 Super and I'm fine with what I have.

Getting a 5070 Ti next month, my 3070 has aged bad.
