DaS2 is objectively just plain better gameplay than DaS1 and therefore it is the superior game. People have utterly retarded reasons for shitting on the game, e.g. all the bosses are just large enemies with melee weapons (over half the bosses of DaS1 are too), hurr durr elevator to lava lake (but road runnering into a painting is fine apparently), the story sucks (what kind of fucking retard is playing these games for plot?), etc., etc.
