The sister character wears a sailor uniform in a few scenes, I guarantee that's the problem. Valve's position lately is basically "anything goes as long as there's no school setting or school uniform".

Honestly the game is kind of a wet fart anyway, the reason they waited so long before just selling it elsewhere was they didn't want people to realize how short and content-barren it is. There are 2 (two) sex scenes and they're tamer than anything from the previous games. After all this time it was a huge letdown and the $10 price can't make up for that IMO. It feels like a demo. When the credits rolled I thought the game's main story was about to begin.

For Maitetsu it was fucking up the R18 patch to the point it wasn't even a patch, it was just nothing. They somehow lost all the CGs so they weren't in, they censored some of the VN portraits of the girls nude and weren't apologetic about their fuck up. Instead they tried to convince people it was exactly as intended. They've also had some rather questionable translations(as have all localizers so not surprising but still).
The fuck up with Maitetsu is pretty damn glaring though.
