Yep. Why he left is still unknown. When I came back he wanted to buy escape ropes for some reason, then not long after he felt the urge to train his birds + SPIKE, but that quickly devolved into feeding SPLASH, (wings got a rare candy as a treat though), then soon deciding he needs to go train elsewhere, and now he's trying to find the gatehouse to get to Saffron, failing miserably to do so because he doesn't understand side entrances. Add in your standard amount of delusions, and that's about it.
