It's speculated that they have the cheats directly in the mouse since the teams are allowed to bring their own mouse and keyboards to pro matches.
If you spectate a pro match you can observe so many instances where the crosshair magically locks on to an enemy behind a wall.

A mouse is not supposed to receive info from the computer.
making it input only will solve your schizo scenario.

of course they cheat, if a retarded pajeet like forsaken can get through with cheats so basic they have to run on "word.exe" do you think the top guys don't? normies just like to buy into the kayfabe of "pros". Shroud is especially disgusting, you need only to look at his pubg clips where he's literally locking onto speedhackers

Gaming mice from sponsors like Razor all use USB, and sponsors rule all events.
>schizo scenario
It's $20 to get a hub for console games that operates an undetectable aimbot. No kernal level anything can detect cheats running on another computer, with the most common method of running undetectable cheats being to run the game on one system and the hacks on another.
>Just make anti cheats watch for streaming functions
Oh no, looks like you shut off Nvidia and Valve's game streaming functions, two enormous players in determining if your game is allowed to exist. Hopefully you weren't aggressive enough to shut off anything similar to Twitch, or you simultaneously ensured that nobody will even know that you game flopped as they would never have heard of it.
>Just let the anti cheats be even more invasive into your OS
Okay, but that didn't solve the issue of hardware-based cheatings being fully undetectable in every game. Enjoy your extra rootkits, though.

Everyone cheats in CS. Yet it has 1,5 million daily players. Strange tiems.

How do people not get bored of Counter-Strike after a few hours? You're basically doing the same shit and using the same weapons over and over, it gets repetitive quickly.

I agree with this even as someone that's played way too much tf2. That game at least has the goof off voice lines and different classes. Counter strike just seems really fucking boring.

I don't play FPS games

713197014
Somewhat suspicious

713197175
Seems legit

713197218
Suspicious, but could be coincidence.

713197373
Depends on whether he heard them through the wall or not, can't say.

713197982
Seems like he was just prefiring the corner in case the other guy was there.

713198864
If this is a common spawn location, I can understand it, since cod was infamous for shit spawns back in my day.

713199310
Pretty suspicious, this is assuming his teammate didn't call anything however.

Who's stupid fucking idea was it to make having more than like 3 replies count as spam, anyway?

reminds me of the streamers who keep getting caught cheating in group events, like those eft streamers sequisha and drlupo. It wasn't even a shooter for either of them too, lupo was a fucking charity chess event and sequisha was that wow streamer event. If they'll cheat at the most basic unimportant shit, obviously they'll cheat in pvp games too.

CS is the weirdest shit ever. Some people are 100% sure all pro-players are cheating, some think no one is cheating, some act like cheating on Lan is impossible, others act like everybody is going to an event with rigged mouses or keyboards with some built-in cheat that activates itself upon pressing a combination of keys.

I honestly think pro-players aren't cheating, it's just that the game is so old by now that everyone already knows every single angle to pre-fire and how to position and whatnot. CS2's more classic maps like Mirage and D2 are almost like playing a solved game amongst tier 1 teams, it really just depends on everyone feeling good on a particular day and outaiming the enemy.
But i'm talking 2025, some of the old flusha clips are fucking HILARIOUS, he was 100% cheating back in 2013 ~ 14.
But i think after 2015 ~ 16 most pro-players were legit, it's a HUGE risk cheating on CS and maybe getting caught, then you end up like swag/steel etc (they weren't banned for cheating, but no one would ever sign them because they can't play a major).

The tournaments allow the cheating. It's not like sport competitions where there is a thin veneer of trying to find best athletes. Esports are all about the money. Money comes from viewers. Viewers come to watch their favorite players. Their favorite players are the ones that use cheats to make all the so awesome moments happen. It's professional wrestling, but the marks are fully in denial.

Not a programmer but can't a game just detect what shit you run in the background? Any retard can inject a cheat DLL into a game and call it a day, same thing with Vac Bypass, you don't even need it to be kernel level

Can't speak to tournament cheating, but Delta Force has some really interesting blog posts talking about how people cheat at home using a second computer and an FPGA that acts as a fake graphics card.

Thank god I don't care about playing competitive FPS games.

lan tournaments cracked down a lot on what is allowed and what you can do to do the hardware which is a tacit admission they knew cheating was going on. it's definitely less likely people are cheating on lan today, but as you said it was pretty blatant flusha was doing it as well as jw. to give you an idea of one of the cheats that could be used on only required a brief internet connection and ou could download the undetectable cheat through steam workshop which gave you a little aimbot that increased your accuracy by about 10%
