Because Warner Bros. is their own publisher while Disney is licensing out Marvel to everybody, and also WB has hated everything about DC that’s not Batman for a long time. I hope Gunn can fix that.

the first two Arkham games were peak, i'm assuming he's talking about that period of time. which wasn't very long honestly, the only other good DC game i can think of before that time is Batman Returns for SNES.
