I don't know. What I do know is they raped RDR2, made it worse, screwed with it's graphics on console to give it weird anomolies and bugs, literally made John look like Arthur, and they'll probably rape it some more, since it seems that's all rockstar knows how to do with their games post release now, just rape them.

Clearly they'll be remaking the first game as a story DLC for the second game considering that non-Mexican part of the map was already done and you get John as playable character at the end while the story goes basically directly from 2's epilogue to 1's start.
So they got the VA to rerecord lines for any changes in script or additional dialogue.

It's never happening but it'd be kinda nice.
