I'm not even one of the people who was going crazy over mike theories but I think people are forgetting the tone that mike was getting mentioned by spamton to begin with. I have a hard time imagining toby would write a scene like pic relation and not expect people to have crazy ideas about who mike is going to be.
Not to mention the reveal ends up leaving the whole thing up in the air.
