young people soak up more information and learn faster but older people can do the same granted it takes more time and commitment.

skill issue, i still compete at the highest level and I just turned 30, in fact my reaction speed and shot accuracy feels higher than ever, I am usually shooting equal to pros in terms of damage/accuracy, you were likely never good to begin with, the competition has just gotten better
