3 was actually the shittiest game with ai that made silent hill's worst enemies look competent.
The main cast sucks balls except like 2-3 stalkers.
They made a worse haunting ground instead of a clock tower game and it made the series die off for quite some time so them getting the rights was a freak accident.
Capcom was torching plenty of ips that year, street wise was equally as shit.
Panic bar was a shit mechanic also. If I had to compare the designs of all the villans, it was like the equiv of them getting calarts. They made no sense and looked like most of them were rejected circus designs from another game.
