I always wondered if Kratos would know about the events that would transpire in 2018. Did he really send his unexperienced untrained child across an entire journey, where they were at a permanent risk of death, literally just to scatter ashes? Kratos is a more interesting character in nu-GoW but the gameplay is really slow and kind of tedious. I am not too sure why they had to dumb down the game so much and make it slow and boring just for the sake of the story.
