Assuming you mean every available trait on the punnet square (facial differences), every alignment (Hero/Neutral/Dark + Str/Spd/Fly/Swm), the 'Character chao' (which I'm not sure you can get without modding, some IIRC are Phantasy Star exclusive), egg colors, mixes of those

the 'Chaos' Chao, that would take you maybe 300+hrs (ignoring Chao exclusive to other games) of rolling the dice on; Black Market, Breeding, if you fuck up certain alignment requirements pre-evolution, and other menial shit like Kindergarten stuff.

But that's still a lot of grinding in stages as well, even if you do the pickup glitch. And Black Market restocks on certain Emblem requirements, and I don't know if it cycles or not if you got them all. I just know after certain amounts (10-20-30 etc.) It will then put in the 'new' item it alludes to.

Also the grind in rings alone would make getting all colored eggs take maybe the most amount of time, more so than the breeding.
