There's one thing I remember but not for the reason SE would want. Towards the 3rd act of the game Barthandelus gives up the whole game. He wants the party to find and kill Orphan so that Cocoon falls, forcing their missing god to step on. Also that he himself is a Fal'Cie.
I was stunned with questions and, besides Other M, was the earliest sign that I was old enough to look at games more critically to the point it made me upset. Firstly, Barthandelus is a Fal'Cie? I thought Fal'Cie communicated via a Focus hallucination because they can't speak with humans. If Fal'Cie can just talk then why the fuck do they rely on their thralls to interpret their vague dream .GIF that they can only see once? And secondly this entire plan goes belly up if the party just... stops. As far as they know, there's no Deus Ex Machina waiting for them after they kill Orphan. Completing their Focus means everyone dies. Barthandelus threatens them by claiming he'd sent Cocoon's armies at Orphan but so what? By Barthandelus's own admission, you need a L'Cie to kill it or to turn one into Ragnarok. If they just don't show up then Barthandelus's plan just dies on the spot.
Also 13 wasted Jihl Nabaat. And I really liked her design

I like the Remakes, but Part 3 needs to come out ASAP. Kitase's team is too good to be working on remakes for over a decade.
FF16 was good, but I think its the wrong direction. FF17 needs to not be ashamed of being a jrpg.
KH needs more frequent releases.
Get Yoko Taro to do Nier 3 instead of letting him do whatever he wants. Everything he did since Automata has been a flop and shit.
Stop announcing shit early in general. DQ12 was announced in 2021 and we still dont have a trailer or screenshot or anything that shows a single frame of ingame footage.
Design your games with Switch 2 as baseline. FF16 looks good, but it runs like absolute shit even on high end PC's, its just not justified. This would also potentially lower dev costs and maybe make games come out faster.
