She's the best option for YX and she's roughly equivalent to every other stun character in their respective slots unless you're playing Hugo/Monoice. Turns out that giving the whole team an extra ultimate during DA is pretty good. Her crit damage bonus isn't helpful for Anomaly but besides monoice no Anomaly agent actually wants a stun character right now

Because she has the best dodge counter in the game and her dodge counter builds energy very quickly so she gets to spam EX's
If you want to put a stun character on field briefly to stun something as quickly as possible she is potentially the fastest force-stun character you can use. You just fall behind on team damage because she doesn't buff you
