The Dizzy matchup can be weird, if she goes into Wings of Light, she can sort of timer scam you and play lame, or force you into very long blockstrings that stall into the activation. Best you can do about it is FD and then try to catch her in neutral or force her to throw tech.

It's kind of hard if you keep it ambiguous, I played him a little, got to F10 and you can mix Fuujin > Delayed followup or Fuujin > Reset, or Charged Fuujin/Spin. Hop PRC Overheads are also really baller and you can do them from midscreen as a jumpscare option.
Helps that he also has a bajillion HP for whatever reason.

Fish isn't supposed to be an answer to everything but it lets him RPS around spin getting procced by fast buttons and it DOES let him beat some projectiles like HCL or gunflame, both of which were huge holes in his game that fish patch up

Between the two moves a forward moving guard crush that you can use as a jumpscare reset mid blockstring is obviously better than one that moves you back and gives up your turn

It's a game with 2f throws, fast buttons were already getting fucked up with it with some rare and really fucked up buttons like pre nerf Gio 2D because moves with such recoveries are generally short range
I'm not saying it has no uses but the major problems with spin are still there, fish doesn't really have massive range to deal with projectiles in most cases. It DOES, however, deal with air approaches which just plain outright beat spin regardless of how you've done it.

He has good damage, strong neutral, enough health to act like an idiot, but he will get blown the fuck out if you block his mix.

The biggest problem with Millia is that she doesn't have a good reset option to restart her mix. If you block her oki- that is, if her hits the ground after her first mix- she is just a strike throw character. Compare this with I-no, who at any point can do 66 j.S to do an overhead or 214S to guard crush AND get her 50/50 again. THAT is the difference between the two and THAT is why Millia's new move is so fucking trashy. Even if she now has a special that lets her end blockstrings safely, (-2 btw) that isn't really what her fundamental problem was. You could always just not link 5H or Lustshaker at the end of strings to be safe during pressure, her problem is she doesn't have a good way to reset her pressure. Artemis is simply not a good move

Anji as a character single handedly killed my desire for Strive, even though characters like Chaos, Asuka and Testament are objectively more obnoxious (FUCK testament players I want you to partake in a bizarre cultic suicide ritual with all the bridget players) . Parryge are inherently kusoge. It's why I despise Dix and couldnt get into it, fucking hate the system mechanics of drive rush plus parry.

His pokes apart from the now buffed 2S are still very bad, either because they have horrendous range and hitboxes or are 3-4 frames slower than moves of similar range and combo output with like 4-5 extra recovery frames tackled on top. His dedicated anti air options are really good as anti airs but they are dedicated to that job only and none of his other options hit opponents in the air while even characters with weak and stubby pokes have some buttons to throw out that'll catch jump ins or attempts to jump out. Like you said, his pressure and oki are also extremely limited. His movement is slower than average and he has no air options or good air buttons. His main defining mechanic still loses to very common options without even needing a read in most cases and the fan super is still one of the biggest wastes of super slots in the game.
He does have a fat health pool with generally good damage, good meter gain and spin does work well in a few specific matchups but his kit is still full of holes. Them nerfing moves at random also didn't help, why did they take the HKD out of Kou if they were going to nerf his already weak oki pressure anyways, why is 6HS nerfed to a point of being a hindrance in the case of accidentally pressing it as opposed to be a reliable combo tool and a way to check against backdashes which he desperately needed thanks to him having the lowest possible active frames on all his damn moves AND have close to no reward even on big CH's?

The thing is, Millia's pressure has always been risky for both characters but skewed towards her, especially if you have meter to RC as it relies on resets as opposed to endless safe strings. Getting out of her pressure often involves challenging as opposed to just guessing right as is with most of the cast and if she guesses right she either gets CH starters or on safer options gets to start her extremely hard to block projectile oki going on. Her having a safe way to just cuck you out of challenging her while letting you have even more pressure would make no sense.
In a similar fashion I-No's button relies on the opponent doing nothing while challenging a reset was already how you dealt with her and works against her new move, it doesn't plug any holes, just strengthens what she already has. Plus, I-No has a harder time to get going, Millia can just run in after any whiffed poke or do her air shenanigans without meter.

Like I said, old Axl wasn't a full screen zoner. His strongest presence is in midrange, between fS and Rensen. That's also the only place where he can run his mix
His combo game is also way different. +R Axl used to get crazy reward of meterless anti airs and mostly spent 25 meter on ground conversions. In Strive his meterless conversions are trash unless he has corner and his meterless routes have fuckall corner carry. And with how reliant he is on meter to even stay alive you rarely can afford to spend that meter in combos.
And then there's his nonexistant pressure (it was meh in +R but still). Poor guy didn't even have a safe blockstring ender before tornado

Whiff punishing is difficult so try to pre-emptively 6P, and at close range try to favor low pokes because Testament's 2K is also a really good low profile

Arbiter Sign is -12, just run up after blocking it and react according to whether they charge Grave Reaper or not. If they're doing it in neutral, it's fake for some characters, you can run up or do a fast move like Stun Dipper to get out of it.

He gets a little bit of fullscreen zoning with Sparrowhawk in Xrd but it is nowhere near a viable gameplan on its own, and the most important thing it does in most matchups is just having the threat of it at fullscreen to give him opportunities to move forward against characters that would otherwise be able to just set up a bunch of shit while out of range, like Dizzy summons, Venom balls or Ky grinders. He really can't keep anyone out with it, it's for catching people who think they're safe to do shit at fullscreen. His DP is not really a "hold your ground" tool, it's way too risky to just throw out in the hopes that they will run into it in neutral, but it does give him an extremely important answer to pressure after someone gets past his normals since his abare is pretty bad because his abare is pretty terrible.
