like most parts of the game lloyd is right for the wrong reasons, the only reason the desians haven't wiped that town out yet is because the one leader who wants power for himself is fleecing the town for money and manpower to build his really big laser gun so the idea that lloyd is making the situation worse by standing there and watching people get lynched right in front of him is false. the general theme of the game is that being the idealistic jrpg hero is actually based and correct, its just not always easy and you can become a utilitarian cuck very easily if you aren't careful

mostly this. colette leveling up her expshere like everyone else on these quests just gives her more aids because she doesn't have the thing that stops her from getting aids the regular exspheres have until lloyd makes one for her in the late game

symphonia is good but the steam version is a bit of a mixed bag, it runs noticeably worse but has more content then the emulated gamecube original, and also if you're an english language enjoyer you have to deal with the voice acting for all the new content being quiet as fuck for some reason. I also recommend vesperia like the other anon although that game can be a bit of a filter to people who weren't ready for devil may cry the jrpg and wanted something more traditonal

both games have their cheeky infinite combos, but symphonia has a lot more hitstun on average so you can do more extensions that aren't full infinite tier instead of being married to base -> arcane -> maybe 1 other thing the entire game like abyss

Lloyd was 1000% right.
Them saving the people in front of them was the correct route.
Them saving people gave them the support and strength to go further in their journey.
It's how they met important party members or gained their trust, it's how crucial events took place, it's how they got stronger and how they got closer and closer to the big bads. By not ignoring the ones in front of them and not just focusing on the "big picture".

Of course they're only a small group and they can't save everyone (Luin emphasizes this) But they saved the ones that they could and it benefited them in the long run. And even Luin becomes a symbol of hope depending on what the player does.
