I don't get the point of buying games at launch. Especially these days when every game is released unfinished. You get a worse experience for more money. Just wait a few months for patches and get the game at like half price.

Mostly just connections. I drifted after highschool and didn't really do much, and a friend was working as a manager at a retail store. I got in with him, became sub manager eventually, learned how to actually order products, adjust prices, manage employees. Met with some people, moved up in life. Joined the brand agency and eventually started managing the supply chains, and then at that point I was just a stand-in. I'm just sort of a cog who does the right job. Its not too much work or too little.
