Kotor 1 locations were better overall along with side content
Kotor 2 main quest was better and far more refined skills/feats

Kotor 2 feels horribly to plate. I remember enjoying it the first time I played it but last time I did I don't think I ever actually felt fun. Every location is drab and unlikeable. None of the characters are likeable. It does well to create a certain atmosphere but that just isn't enjoyable to play through
