I couldn't get into it. I accidentally reset and I don't care enough about the plot to tolerate the puzzles again. But I got a foil card for playing it and sold it for more than I spent on the game, so I don't feel bad.

The only thing you really need to look up is how to access the Extra stages, since that was a community event thing leading up to the update. Also how to play Picross.

well I got to the end of the alphabet thing and the regular ending a couple times and found several rune designs that unlock different game modes. I know there's probably some elaborate hidden secret ending involving those plates that I didn't bother with because I got bored of the game at a certain point.

Getting the upgrades by figuring things out and not looking them up is a massive challenge, what you get from them basically allows you to progress further into the game and getting the true endings, which is a cool design.

It's not different game modes, it's a direct continuation. You only beat the tutorial.

Beating the game without items feels so good, and EX was great. I wanted more and I got more, now I want even more but I know it will never cum.

also expanding on this, the main reason I lost interest in decoding the true ending is that I had already had to replay the game multiple times to do "branching" paths and find new information, and it felt like i was going to have to rerun the game even more times to get more information, and I was getting extremely sick of playing the same levels over and over again. Even if I used the level skip mechanics or took advantage of methods like walking into the HUD and swapping out the level to fast travel, it was still tedious as fuck redoing levels constantly just to get from point a to point b.
I really felt like I was at a point of "I know where I need to go but I don't care enough to spend the time to arrive at the location where I know the information is"
