Personally, I lean toward a main character with some actual personality. Blank slates work if the story is built around the world and ensemble cast, but too often they just end up feeling like dead air. Give me a charismatic idiot or a brooding cynic—something to latch onto. Makes it feel like I’m part of the story, not just babysitting NPCs while they monologue at "Commander" or whatever.

Is the game setting up a redemption arc for Phrolova because she'll be playable in the next patch?

This motherfucker died in 10 seconds. Game should either adjust the difficult to match a maxed out level 90 team, or use a pre-made team. This shit was unsatisfying.
