I always got it by being aggressive and looping the map.
Camping would only work if I had skilled friends with me who kept my position safe, as otherwise someone would likely zero in on me.
Any campers going for it, I'd effectively end their streak just by taking out their Harrier/Chopper since that's where they generally got most of their kills: on kids who refused to take off Stopping Power and pull out a Stinger.

Honestly the nuke kill streak was a pretty bad idea. If your Killstreaks didn't fucking count towards a nuke it would've been fine. Harrier, chopper gunner, and just camp for the last kills. Also the harrier fucking did way too much for a 7 killstreak, fucking retards never shot that shit down.
