>UE slop movement and world design that looks like a PS4 game even on the highest end hardwareis just fishing for replies. The game did crash a lot for me, probably between 5-10 times. The autosaves are constant so I don't remember ever losing more than a few minutes of progress, but it was an annoyance. In terms of everything else, it's clearly a game that leans very heavily on the sound, writing, and visuals. The story, like the gameplay, is good enough to allow the excellent music, voice acting/directing and art direction to shine. I feel like it's an 8.5-to-9 in the sea of 7-and-unders that is modern vidya. Hard to say if that's just recency bias, I guess we'll have to see what people say in a few months.
>>713325717That was your first response to me. The game is popular so it's odd to be surprised by multiple people disagreeing with your criticism. Personally I think the combat is the weakest part of the game, the QTEs for attacks quickly become trivial, and dodging/parrying is easy for most of the enemies in the game. Add in the fact that putting any effort into your luminas or fighting side bosses early erases any difficulty for the rest of the game, and the combat part of the game stops being very interesting pretty early on. I beat sprong before the axons so there wasn't any difficulty for the rest of the game, until Simon.
>>713325868I've got plenty of negatives for the game, as seen in this post, but someone who spent 85 hours without dropping it, especially over several weeks, and then saying "every detail of this was shit and every moment was unbearable" just makes me think they're not being honest.
>troons troons troonsThe jew really does cry out in pain as he strikes you. I wish you jeets studied their tactics a little more diligently and weren't so obvious in throwing out every possible buzzword.
