If the final boss of the game seems like its having more fun than you during combat, then you have failed as a game developer. What I mean by that is, my mech should not be moving around the stage like a Model T Ford while the enemy mech is over there with moving around like an F22-A on Adderall. I should not be more enamored with how the boss looks and plays than my own basic bitch mech. Does From Software want Armored Core to be Gundam Wing or does it want it to be Armored Core? If it's the former, LET ME FUCKING PLAY AS THE FORMER. If it's the latter, don't fucking cheat the player with this artificial difficulty bull shit.

Are you crazy? Using boost when you are flying could genuinely be confused with slow mo. Maybe the scale is too large but you should be able to fly across maps 10x faster.

I think it was great, it got me curious enough to try those first three AC1 games which were hard for me to get into because of those awful controls(thankfully there are guides for a better setup).

That happens because you are not firing enough missiles, my build was all missiles and if the enemy wasn't moving at match 10 then they would eat at ALL the missiles and die, I would zip around and spam missiles 24/7, I AM the bossfight.

For that reason, the birb was the kinoes fight, it was speedy enough to avoid the missiles and I had to tactically fire them instead.

Ayre and Allmind are my favorite bosses
Stuff like Balteus and Sea Spider is mostly fun as a lesson of how easy bosses are once you get better weapons and go full aggression

And you are correct to. You know what the problem with Elden Ring is? It made a shitload of money. Companies like making shitloads of money even if they are otherwise opposed to every single aspect of a game. And that is why we got Nightreign, glorified Elden Ring DLC remodelled into a co-op game, instead of AC6 DLC. Because AC6, while from what little I gather successful by mecha game standards, did not make nearly as big a pile of money.

AC6 had some of the best bosses in From Software. I forgot their names but the female AI, the dude who hates you, and your boss forced into an AC were all PEAK fights. Not just plotwise but the challenge was also perfectly balanced.

Real challenges in real life are more often than not just real tedious bullshit. 90% of the time you're waiting or trying for some outside event not really in your control or doing some mindless busywork you pray your body will eventually be able to autopilot well enough to not go mad from boredom.
Challenges in games are fun because they're designed to be interesting and satisfying to work towards. A problem with an obvious but not trivial solution that is entirely dependent on your own input is its own kind of escapism.

Best FROM game since DeS. Three plythroughs BACK TO BACK and i still cant get enough. Tinkerign with loadouts, dressing up my mech. The absolutely kino storytelling that only truly unfolds over THREE playthroughs

To begin with I only played PvP because I just wanted the banners. The problem was, after collecting all the banners (except Dominant, because I'm not in the right timezone/don't play LIKE A LITTLE PUSSY BITCH enough to truly master PvP) I got kind of hooked on the feeling of moving really REALLY fast and coming up with tactics to psychologically fuck with human players without stooping to their level. It's horrible. If I take a step back I can acknowledge how shitty the overall design is, but the thrill of battle is like a narcotic to me.

Perception can be funny like that. In any case, there are games out there for letting you literally be the more powerful being. That and there are people who've learned to style on the final boss in a variety of ways.
If you're really determined to have easy mode and the best of everything at all times, you'd just mess with the game code anyway. No level of challenge in the game compares to jobs where you do actual work.
