Wait. They did.

It's more expensive to design a switch that's quiet or even add foam. Retards will surely buy it.If you're a light mouse wristlet or a clicky keys cuck, please kill yourself.
I really like the design of the razer basilisk line, but don't like the $150 price point for them and retarded proprietary wireless charging solutions. Any time I try other brands or cheaper mice they end up breaking in just the same way (double clicks, mousewheel fucking blows, etc).

been 3d printing my own mouse shell for the last two years from the range of 13 to 35grams i would say the optimal is around 18-22. going lighter you eventually start losing stopping power (precision) on fast wide flicks. but lets be realamericans can't get into anything that isn't imperial units.

I was using the vxe r1 for a few months. Highly recommended for the price if you have small or regular sized hands, but I have basketball player hands so I could only use fingertip grip which makes me cramp up.
Ended up upgrading to the ec1-dw because it's the biggest normal wireless mouse out and it's still barely big enough. I like how lightweight it is for the size though. Never owned a zowie mouse before, I hope their shit doesn't break as fast as Logitech.
i think its just today's fps game variety: hero shooters with lots of movement. battle royales with enemies coming from all directions (especially fortnite with building). its more about fatigue as you're doing hundreds of these fast swipes per gaming session.

>>713346247I've been using Naga's since 2012, and the new one is alright, but you'll never beat the convenience of having the numrow->numpad swap being a hardware switch on the mouse itself

>>713346579i have fixed tons of mice and never found a scroll wheel that was unsavable.
it's always dust/gunk build up, as soon as you give it a deep wash it always works fine again. take it apart and just dunk the entire thing in soapy water and scroll the devil out of it while it's submerged, let it dry for a day and it'll be good as new.
My g pro is already around 65ish grams and you can still fill the inertia when doing certain flicks. Doesn't matter much unless you play CS but still. If I could just slap a sensor on the palm of my hand I would

fyi i actually prefer heavy mice myself because they have a stabilizing/averaging effect but light mice are absolutely superior in some ways
>>713342271Pro players play with whatever their sponsor gives them and wannabes who wish they were pros and go check their gear on teamliquid and other websites buy whatever their favorite pro uses.
>>713336350You don't move the mouse perpendicular to the center of the Earth aka "down". Helium baloon would make it show less on a scale but wouldn't change its mass, moving it along the surface of the table would still create the same amount of momentum.
>>713340665Brother, I can squeeze 120kg and lift regularly. It's not about strength, it's about the fact that the more the mouse weighs the more momentum it has during travel which means it takes more time to stop. This decreases responsiveness which decreases accuracy. Lightweight mice aren't about comfort, they're about accuracy. For comfort the weight is irrelevant and if that is your priority you just get a trackball anyway.

The 8k is also a meme because many games do not support it and it will end up causing micro stutters/input lag and you'll have to lower the rate on their software which was good (by that I mean bloatless) I'll give you that.

Don't buy this piece of shit or any of these trackballs unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from moving mice, or you have totally unconventional computer setups.
I bought pic related because I use the keyboard a lot, and removing the extra space for the mouse had the potential to make my experience more comfortable, but it didn't help at all, and the trackball doesn't even come close to matching a mouse in terms of precision for normal use. >>713335213 (OP)There must be a limit when mice become lighter beyond certain weight, there is no advantage to the low weight.
>>713356041you're bronze in all fps games, why are you writing?
Are Aliexpress mice any good?
>>713358676they're at least better than nu-logiturds

Damn, gamers have to move that much weight?

I still miss my G400 from 2011.

>>713362467$200 is pocket change for white people, pablo
move out of your abuela's house and go get a roofing job and maybe you can afford something besides a dell mouse and a nintend๐ฌ switch
>>713350809i'll be honest, that's just fucking based, anon. never change
Retard here, what's a great gaming mouse for palm grip that ISN'T Razer shit? Any recs?
i use picrel. i dont need more
explain to me why do we need weightless mouse
do people have weak hands or something? shouldn't they invest in mousepads with less friction so you can move the mouse without effort?

>>713364113I'm 39 and European and actually went to many LANs during the brood war (where Elky would inevitably destroy me) and cs 1.5 days. I'm just laughing at you larping as if you dabbled in any serious competitive scene ever while all you did was watch some twitch faggot streamer, bought overpriced hardware and never made it to relevancy and come on 4chan to pretend you can't make it without a meme lamzu or vaxee while people like tox had insane shaft accuracy you could never even hope to approach on quake with shit peripherals.
Stop larping fattie.
>>713335213 (OP)I refuse to get rid of my logitech m570 ball mouse even if it has issues like double clicking and the power flickering every now and then
Last couple mice have been Logitech G502. Never ran into the double-click problem that heaps of people report, so I guess I just won the mouse component lottery a couple times.
Want to try picrel style of mouse to see if it's any good for gaming (I don't play sweaty online multiplayer, so my use case is for slower games like XCOM etc.) and if it's more comfortable.
Any anons already given it a go? Any opinions?
>>713362543sorry johnson, spending 200$ on a mouse is not a wise financial decision.
>>713364628post your steam and FPS game of choice and i'll utterly rape you with my most expensive mouse (yes i'll get the zaunkoenig out just for this,) record it, and post it here as webms
quake is great if that's what you're into
>>713364628Tox is a gearqueer who was buying mobos with overclockable USB ports just so he could have 1000hz polling back then, so your argument is a bit self-defeating
>>713335620How often do you fuck up your mice?
>>713364667you can get mice with the best sensors in the world for one third of that you tard
>>713335213 (OP)i have been using this mouse for almost 5 years now. g502 is great but the ghub software is absolute dogshit and whoever oversees the Ghub software life cycle seriously needs to die of cancer.
>>713364667Non-poorfags routinely spend tens of thousands of dollars on our hobbies. $200 won't buy you a muffler kit for a car. You're literally an impoverished brown child so everything seems expensive to you.

Nothing personal, chud.
>>713365065interacting with appletrash does indeed want one to kill themselves
>>713336484Same. I returned the deathadder 3 because of how light it was and went back to the elite (the greatest mouse ever made, and also a cheap piece o shit that I've gone through 6 of)
>>713342197They didn't say it's all bad because it's made in China asshole, they specified the random Chinese offbrand stuff that has a cultlike surrounding by mouse enthusiasts. Big brands like Logitech definitely fell off with quality over the years but these random brands have just as many or more issues too and they're not always much cheaper anyway.
