players probably not so much these days considering tournament organizers are cracking down and its been getting harder to find ways.
but just a couple years back there was a huge cheating scandal involving the coaches of the teams, due to a bug they could sometimes gain info about where the opposing team is at on the map.
this took ages to actually discover and then even longer to punish all the people involved which were shockingly many.

CS has absolutely no respect out of its deluded stockholm syndrome playerbase
I don't mind getting stomped as I learn a game, but when everything is suspicious, you progressively struggle to give people the benefit of the doubt.
When you see indisputable evidence of cheating at the absolute top level of play, you know you'll run into thousands of subhumans at a moderately high level of play.

Why a "coach" would need to connect into the server and not just choose a player to monitor is insane.

I can't go a single day without running into at least one cheater in this game.
