This is fairly accurate for solo. But Chrono Trigger also has dual techs and such. I remember Lucca being lethal in those scenarios.

i liked using chrono, marle, and lucca but cannot remember why. some abilities that shredded enemies iirc

Assuming this is for gameplay, Frog sucks. He's got Heal, which is his only real use, which Robo does far better with Heal Beam having a much higher multiplier. His attacks are dog water, Leap Slash is only 2x physical damage, by far the lowest of the physical attackers and on par with regular crits, and his magic is literally the weakest in the game, and Frog Squash requires way too much upkeep to just do the same damage everyone else is doing anyway. He's part of a few decent Double Techs that give him brief windows of viability, but by and large he's in the running for weakest party member with Haste-I mean Marle.

Also Lucca is about as good as Magus, they go back and forth on damage output depending on how far you are.

Yeah, added in EE just for the sake of it, though the only character I really like from the EE is Neera.
The EE ones are Neera (on S), Wilson (the bear), Rasaad (next to him), and Dorn (on C)

I wish BG had more friendly interactions with the characters outside of romance, but it is awesome for it's time.

That being said, I love all 3 romanceable options for male characters: Aerie, Jaheira and Viconia. Can't even make a tier list, they all have their strong points IMO.

CT is fairly easy so the differences in strength between the party members seem pretty negligible at the end of the day. I remember feeding Lucca a couple speed capsules in my run and that was enough to make her flat-out great. Around the beginning I just stuck with the modernity trio because Antipode Bombs were fun. In the midgame I remember spamming the triple magic tech with Crono-Lucca-Frog to kill that one boss in the antiquity era mountain dungeon. By the final boss I settled into Crono-Lucca-Magus and just spammed their ultimate single tech magic spells.

i made this as bait for sonic fans and most of them ended up agreeing with me.

Found a big list of (nearly) every Capcom game ever and ranked all the fighting games, roughly ordered. For some reason it only had one version of SF4 so just pretend AE is Ultra and that AE is high B or low A while Super is high A and vanilla is mid-low B.

Actually I'd put SF6 around the top of B, since I wouldn't say it's as fun to play as anything in A on average. Huge improvement from V even if the latter's final season was fun if you weren't against a Luke. Season 3's lineup is also pretty great assuming that Ingrid redesign also involves a reboot of her whole origin/personality.
