VA is still expensive, They gotta shell out thousands for garbage VA to say a few lines. Once AI becomes more common place the cost can be reduced to near 0 for a multilanguage dub. You can feel that happening with total conversion mods for games already. Used to have no VA, but with AI they all can get pretty decent sounding ones, which helps the mods a ton to be decent.
