There is no analogue to marriage in BlueArchive. Each character has an affection rating but you get all of their scenes by around Lv10, and it goes up to 100. It's basically meaningless unless they're your waifu.

You're not meant to get that high. I'm sure it would take years to get 100 on a single character.

I think getting to 100 took roughly two years of dedicated gift feeding. Maybe less if the student has a wider range of liked gifts.
