They're just a group of movie reviewers. I'm not sure why OP is posting them on /v/. Though, I think Cyrus(the blonde one) used to talk about video games on his side show.
Korey,(the black guy in the front) ran the show, and pushed to animate the highlights of their reviews. While the full reviews were in audio podcast form. They were pretty funny. Had a good chemistry. Made reviews interesting with a goofball sense of humor.

When Korey was rebuilding after Spill, he needed to downsize, because he was funding Spill out of his own pockets. I don't remember exactly why Co-host didn't come back. But I believe it was a case where Co-host lost interest in it. And was too flaky to rely on. Korey started again with Leon/Martin. Since he's way more reliable, and they also have a good chemistry between them. And then when he adding to the cast, Co-host was not available.

I’ve been watching Double Toasted for at least three or four years now and love their chemistry, they actually usurped RedLetterMedia (although they remain a close second). But I think Double Toasted has the edge with their bad movie roasts.

I started listening to Double Toasted, from day 1. It was interesting to see it grow. But after a few years, I got burned out. The problem was that every show was poorly paced. Korey would try to make a joke about everything. But a lot of the times, jokes don't come quickly. So he would vamp by forcing a laugh, while thinking of a joke. It got so bad, that it was every 2 sentences out of someone's mouths, we had to wait for Korey to force a joke before moving on. Bloating the shows to twice the size they should have been.

People started complaining about the time bloat. And you know Korey doesn't take criticism well. So he didn't change. He can be like Low Tier God sometimes, in the way he deals with criticism. Korey is just more charming when he's salty, so he gets away with it.

After a while, I got sick of the stop-and-go pacing, and dropped the shows entirely.

Korey went on a 4chan archive site and tried to argue with people, because somebody brought up how there's a bunch of haters on 4chan.
Korey was such a boomer that he didn't get 4chan at all, so he searched for 4chan and spill until he found an archive site. You could post new replies (or comments, I forget) on that archive site. I have the screenshots on an old harddrive somewhere.
It was hilarious. He talked about it with co-host 3000, so I found it and shittalked him some more since I was one of the haters in that archived thread.

I don't recall anyone who came out of, or went back to jail. But one of the personalities on Double Toasted got into a car accident and fled the scene. The other person in the accident died. Tommy was his name. He tried to continue co-hosting like nothing happened, but word quickly spread, and Korey decided to let him go, in order to avoid controversy but wishing Tommy luck. Tommy has his own show now. I never watched it myself, but I think he and the Double Toasted crew are still pals.
