I like adult Pauline. The kid is like a western “ugly cute” and maybe that was the point? She just looks like a child being a child. The style of her in the OP is very nice though, I like her face better.

On a serious character design level, she looks...fine. I'm not personally a fan of the purple headband and bracelet; I know its supposed to be a motfi of her oddrock look, but the colors sort of clash. Also, I'm aware it's been said many times, but they really should have aged her down because she just doesn't look like a 13 year old at all. If they perhaps made her a tad taller, I'd believe it a lot more, but otherwise she looks like a physically stunted pre-teen.
