Nowhere does the game make you understand that the enemy that spawns is a random enemy inside that actual room. For all we know it's an infinite spawn

Prefacing this by saying that I only played this game for 4 hours so far.
The main issue is that there is a lot of damage that is completely unavoidable if luck isn't on your side, that paired with no reliable way of healing and saves being a coinflip makes it way more frustrating than it needs to be.
Experience eases a lot of the frustration of course but at the end of the day it doesn't matter how much experience you have. RNG decides whether you get to keep playing or not
