Warner Brothers, and DC even, are terrible at both making video games and promoting Wonder Woman.
Absolute Wonder Woman is the best reviewed comic book that's still releasing right now, and outsells Spider-Man, but Wonder Woman has no non-comic related projects in active development.

Granted it's questionable how profitable she'd be for a video game, certainly a AAA one. 'Hardcore' gaming is mainly a dude's hobby. How many dudes would go and buy a Wonder Woman game?

Well Wonder Woman isn't going to be turned into whatshername from Stellar Blade, they aren't going to make and market the first ever Wonder Woman game about how hot Diana is.
They will probably make her beautiful, but it's not going to be built around sex appeal.

So, then, Wonder Woman is going to be taking a bit of a feminist role of the strong, mature woman. That could be subconsciously unappealing or threatening to the lay gamer.
Or maybe not, there's still certainly potential there.

Injustice Wonder Woman is a terrible rendition of the character, she is so OOC in that entire story. She's more or less the villain of that whole arc, and the warrior side of her background is played up while the peaceful, compassionate woman side of her personality and lore is entirely discarded.

Not likely, they made her entirely over powered as she's basically a God rather than a regular Amazon thats basically on the level of metahuman.
I could get on board with a beat em up where WW has to collect several trinkets/artifacts of the gods to power up to take on Hades even throw some Brave and the bold aspect to it where you team up with other heroes as you go along

That really doesn't matter. A game can choose to exclude any powers it doesn't want to feature, or present Wonder Woman on the weaker side of things. I mean superheroes, even the god-killing ones, also get hurt by punches thrown by regular dudes, so it's not like there's no precedent.

Also I love your idea of a beat 'em up, I think that'd be a great idea for a WW game.

A double-a Wonder Woman game would have more potential since it wouldn't have to be the inevitably open world crafting action adventure with rpg elements an optional stealth that it would inevitably be if it were a AAA game.

A lower-budget WW game could have on-rails shooting bonus levels with the invisible jet.

Warner Bros are just so fucking retarded when it comes to their gaming division.
They had a huge hit with the Batman Arkham games, and decided to make two terrible live service games with the property and killed the entire brand.
They have access to DC comics, some of the most iconic characters of all time. Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Flash, even Aquaman is a pretty well known IP. Do they use them? No. Fucking never. Except in a handful of fighting games which they may or may not cancel.

A Wonder Woman game should also have some nice romance from the perspective of Steve Trevor. It's honestly really odd how DC hasn't focused on him, it's a natural winner. The idea of a regular guy being the lover/trying to win the heart of Wonder Woman.
