I think practically all streamers that have a decent sized audience just cycle unrelated names for their Steam account because they don't want to be recognized in random lobbies.
nameTTV guys are practically always averaging 1 viewer, desperate for more, and then burnout when they don't get any viewers and just have a "kick me" sign on their back.
