I modded the FFVII remakes to add panties to Tifa and Aerith. I don't generally do nude mods unless the game warrants it.

In Gal*Gun 2 I was able to string together a mod that when you sucked off the clothes of a girl if she was in her uniform it would just pop her down to her underwear. But if she was wearing a swimsuit, she would be naked. It made sense like that.

OP here and it's because nudity & good fabric are hard to get right. Lighting in games is generally unfavorable to skin so full blown nude just looks bad. I'd rather just play an exposure H game over modding nudes into any RE engine game.
