Regardless, one is like 2 dozen different monsters, half of which are basically shitty zombies, before you get a shot to leave while the other is hundreds of thousands of zombies, including zombified animals like fucking birds, and dozens upon dozens of loose bioweapons. You've got a week at most before the entire city gets nuked to escape on foot and the water isn't even safe to drink, every single alleyway could be death while silent hill is mostly empty.

Silent Hill seems much easier for the average person, Eddie and Angela who should normally be weak did very well.
The puzzles are the only real hard parts, I don't see the average person solving the shakespeare one from 3 (on hard difficulty) irl.
