It adds new ones but doesn't change existing quests.
Guilds have additional sidequests for example, but there are also new unique NPCs in some locations and its own main quest is all new content.

How hard is it to mod Skyrim so you're just able to have a fun adventure with a sexy character and tons of regularly unlocked clothing content?

Every time I play, I just load all the sexy content and sexy armour and then get bored played the shitty Todd game.

This is a bit of a stretch, but over a decade ago I used to play with these "anime girl player" mods for oblivion.. Whenever I try looking them up, I only see these weird hyper-realistic beauty mods. I'm kind of retarded regarding this mod stuff (haven't done this in over a decade, like I said), does anyone have an idea where I could find those again?
