Pacifism in Dishonored is fun. You have a lot more opportunities to stealth and stalk characters. Both styles of gameplay are just different and have their own appeal.

No ability run in 2 is so much fun. Abilities trivialize what is otherwise a good stealth game.

Prey is Arkane's best game by lightyears.

Deathloop is good because it's the opposite of Dishonored's mentality where it strongly encourages you to do High Chaos and murder hobo everyone, but disappointing (Still better than 2 and DotO). 2 is trash except for like two gimmick levels, but worth playing if you want more Dishonored. DotO is the worst of the 4 by a lightyear.

I loved Deathloop it fixed this problem of Dishonored games.
In Deathloop you're never discouraged from using abilities by bad endings, you can kill as much as you like, it's okay if you alert enemies and break stealth, and none of this ruins your endings. There's also a lack of quick save, forcing you to deal with whatever chaos you end up creating when things get out of control. You're deaths aren't even reloads, you canonically die and return to the beginning of the day you're looping.
Deathloop was a massive upgrade over Dishonored

Right. Yes it sucks in comparison. But the same can be said about doing the right thing irl. It's not rewarding, It's not easy. It's not as fun. But it's still the right thing to do

Deathloop's Julianna invasions were cool, more games should copy Dark Spirit

Pacifism because there's like 1.5 enemy types and combat is boring and too easy and repetitive.
Whereas just sprinting past everything with Dark Vision and Blink is just a lot more fun. It sucks if you're trying to 100% because 80% of the optional areas fucking stink for stealth, but just doing the bare minimum for upgrades and gunning straight for the target is way more fun.
