improperly simulated depth of field. the dof doesnt understand that it should ignore the foreground subject when blurring the background. so when u set the dof to extreme values like in the picture, it will have to grab some pixels from foreground so u get that ringing effect all around his body. kojima is a retard but when the game releases on pc modders will fix it.
