It hasn't even been a full month yet, theory autism last time had literal years to reach critical schizo mass and far fewer concrete threads to make sense of.
All the theories this time around are a lot more grounded and simple due to the short amount of time, especially since we have a lot of hints towards a lot of important plot elements that CAN logically link together compared to how hard people were stretching for shit like Woody Theory and Mike's identity.
Having a physical appearance from The Knight, the long-awaited introduction of Carol, an idea that Asgore will finally be relevant in Chapter 5 (plus whatever the fuck he's up to), even more characterization of Dess and Gerson giving us an incredibly direct foreshadow of Chapter 5's outline makes it much easier to build plausible theories surrounding the main narrative that there isn't too much wiggle room for speculation beyond the finest of details.
Thus, you're left with shippers as a constant source of new content drive, who received a lot of food in terms of Krusie, Kriselle/(You)elle, and even Dessriel, just to name the most prominent pairings that are getting art and such.

I feel like people have too much of a negative view on Kris. Yes, he is conspiring with the Knight, Carol, and all that. But, take a look at his unprompted actions, he genuinely cares about his friends, he is capable of caring, of love, of striving to help others. If he's doing what he's doing, it because, atleast in his view, there is simply no other option. There is something that HAS to be done, no matter what, something much more important than anything else, and if Kris ever hurts someone, especially a friend, it's because it must simply be done to achieve whatever goal Kris has. A goal that eclipses everything else.
