One of the most retarded decisions IMO is locking the MaxTac gear behind romancing Judy, so it's only possible for fem V to get it.
The Bullets quest should have been locked to late Act 2, and then expanded so you can accept Melissa Rory's invitation into MaxTac and half a brief time with them during which you get the armour, and maybe a couple iconic weapons (including actual iconic MaxTac Mantis Blades)
