I've been playing a Redguard and Adrenaline Rush is pretty great but Berserk might still be better

the clothing mechanic in morrowind is really neat, wish they didnt do away with it. idk if disposition is directly affected but I know if you wear rags people call you out on it and some npcs won't talk to you at all if you're wearing commoner's clothes

Berserk has better out of combat utility. fortify fatigue 200pts will put a low level character way past maximum allowing you to trade, lockpick, and cast better. it also allows you to chug a barrel of sujama and still have guarenteed accuracy.

Adrenaline rush is still good though and it does help you lockpick if you need that.

It doesn't affect disposition (unless the response actually modifies it), it's just a greeting thing. Your weapon being unsheathed or sheathed does affect it.

Other fun fact is that their complimenting your nudity status is just based on the total value of all equipped items. You could wear a really nice ring but otherwise be completely nude.

I played morrowind co-op with my friend years ago where I was personalitymaxxed and they were a thieving murderhobo, the entire playthrough was just them getting us kicked out of guilds/towns and me talking our way back in
Was actually kino, every time someone refused to talk to them I'd have to step in to coax the goods out of them, any time we needed to get violent I'd just let them tard it up until the npc attacked
Think that was like 7 years ago, wonder what the multiplayer mod is like now, it was cool then but if it was less broken with more player individuality for world stats/reputation it'd be peak

It's at its best when two people are on the same page honestly, mostly because Morrowind wasn't designed for multiple people doing multiple of the same quest in a row. Persistent world and all that.
