I wish revs would keep their claws the whole game. I guess most just don't know they have the best revive damage of any weapon in the game and toss it early

Powerstance from reaper weight up is comparable to or better than 2h rev claw, and a few select spells like Comet and Cannon of Haima revive faster and from range. But it is disproportionately good at reviving compared to what anyone else starts with.

They're the only useful weapon for Revenants too because they deal pure magic damage. Actually I found out that giving them to the Recluse makes them even better because she destroys stances by stacking magic cocktail in between attacks.

Use them in the sparring grounds fully upgraded at level 15, and then you'll realize just how retarded every single Revenant player is for throwing them away. Even moreso because you can customize its type/ashes of war to be one of the best weapons in the game.
