The easy answer is she a well known mocap artist and so every big studio just hires her by default since it's not really an industry you "rise" in. Being known at all is probably enough to guarantee steady work since every studio demands mocap.
From there you can slot her easily into whatever DEI quota you need to satisfy, even if it's just halfway through development.

Like the only other "name" in mocap right now is probably Maxence Cazorla and that's just because he's life half of the collective acting in Expedition 33.
