I just like my Alices as I like my philosophers: stoic. Anyway, American McGee's Alice is just so much better in terms of gameplay: it's like Bionicle: The Legend of Mata Nui but violent and with a more diverse array of weapons. Also I like the story better since it actually takes advantage of the source material unlike the sequel. Don't get me wrong, Alice killing that pedophile will always be based, but did it really need the Wonderland coat of paint? You could have changed Alice to Dorothy and Bumby into the Wizard of Oz and it would be the same exact thing; you can't do that with AMA without it either making absolutely zero sense or necessitating the need to change the locales and gameplay.

EA stands for Electronic Arts. There was a time they stood by that title, but year after year it was fleeting. Dead Space 1 and 2 are wildly considered to be some of the greatest games of all time and Dead Space 3 is basically carried by the fact it's Dead Space.

There's a difference between EA publisher and EA developer.

EA publisher used to be great with shit like this, Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, etc. The Decline and Fall only started to happen around 2010s+
