Why make an effort in making a post/thread if nobody will reply to it? Make a bait/troll thread and it will most certainly reach bump limit. All the effortposting gets buried under hundreds of wojaks/frogs/etc.
There are still people making OCs and in the de/v/ threads you can see people making their own games but as a whole the quality of the site dropped so much that I don't really blame the OC makers if they just decide to lurk or abandon the site alltogether
